As an international speaker, former comedian, and communication professor, I combine humor, research, and interactive techniques to create memorable learning experiences. My 15+ years of experience include:

Brooklin currently resides in North Carolina. She is a Communications instructor at the University of Mount Olive and the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and holds an MA in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University. Brooklin's professional journey includes speaking for a variety of events including corporate, retreats, small businesses, schools, professional development, festivals, and non-profits for the last 15 years. This year (2023) Brooklin had the opportunity to speak at the International Conference for the Society for Humor Studies, at Boston University & the Applied Improv Network in Vancouver, CA. Built UNCW’s 1st Comedy, Communication & Culture undergraduate course and developed the ‘Humor in the Workplace’ course. She has been a guest artist for over 12 different state festivals along with the International Thespian Festival. She is a graduate of Chicago's Second City Conservatory and appeared on Nick at Nite's Funniest Mom in America 3.
